My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before reaching out to us:

To assist you more efficiently, we kindly ask that you take the following steps first:

  • Verify your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address provided is correct.
  • Check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package.
  • Inquire with your neighbors, as the courier may have left the package with them.

If your shipping address was correct and your package is not at the post office or with a neighbor, please contact us at LorenaBelleWorld@gmail.com, providing your order number so we can assist you further.

In the event that there was an error in your delivery address, we would be happy to send you a replacement. However, please note that additional shipping costs will apply.

Do you ship internationally?

Return Policy

As a small, family-run business, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges except in cases where there was an error with your order, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item. Should this occur, please contact us at LorenaBelleWorld@gmail.com with photos of the item(s) in question, and we will resolve the issue promptly and with care. Kindly note that gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Refund Policy

Refunds are offered exclusively for orders where customers receive incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to your order, please contact us at LorenaBelleWorld@gmail.com with photos of the affected products, and we will ensure the matter is resolved promptly and professionally.

Once we receive and evaluate the returned items, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund approval. For approved refunds, the amount will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, don't hesitate to reach out to us again at the same email address.

Damages and Order Issues

Please include clear photographs of the affected item(s) so we may swiftly address the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Exchanges for Different Sizes or Colors

As a small, family-run business, we are currently unable to process exchanges. To help you find the perfect fit, we invite you to consult our sizing charts, conveniently available for each item on our website under the product description.

In the unlikely event that an item is mislabeled, please reach out to us within one week of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or provide a refund, ensuring your satisfaction remains our priority.
